Boland Consulting took the demo pocket pc applications supplied by KT-Tech and added features to facilitate the evaluation of the core compression libraries. These features allowed the user to control the audio/video quality, video motion control and audio/video bit rates from the pocket pc.
The applications were written in Embedded C++ V3.0 using Microsoft Embedded Visual Tools V3.0, Microsoft Windows Platform SDK for Pocket PC and Microsoft DirectX 9.0 SDK.
