Attitude Survey and Analysis Application

Project Overview: Modernized technology for a survey and analysis service, with features that are aligned with direct competitors.

Challenges: A large and very complex project with multiple language implementations. Need for a flexible architecture to meet increasing demands for new reports.

Completed full rewrite with new functionality and a new architecture to handle large datasets and voluminous reporting, using large cross tab pivot queries to filter by multiple dimensions.

Designed:

1. 1) a Windows application to setup surveys and run reports
2. 2) a web application to take attitude surveys
3. 3) a web application to access survey results and an online action planning system to guide management in interpreting the results and taking action.

Technology: C# using Visual Studio 2010 and SQL Server 2008 as the database backend.
